If the full payment has not been received 14 days before the arrival date, we assume that the reservation is cancelled and the deposit payment will be converted into cancellation- and bookingfees.

Until 14 days before arrival date, you can cancel your reservation without any cost and the deposit will be returned to you (minus any possible bank costs)
If you cancel between 8 and 14 days before arrival date, you will pay 50% of the total booking. The remainder, minus any possible bank costs, will be returned to you.
If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, this does not entitle you to a refund of the full booking value.
The full payment will be converted into cancellation- and bookingfees.
Upon request, we will arrange the necessary documents for you for your cancellation insurance.
