Changes and cancellations policy

Your reservation is final once we received a deposit of 30% by bank transfer. We would like to receive the remainder latest 14 days before arrival date.
If the full payment has not been received 14 days before the arrival date, we assume that the reservation is cancelled and the deposit payment will be converted into cancellation- and booking fees.
We are not responsible for the content on other sites (links).
By making the (deposit) payment, you confirm agreement of the below mentioned Terms and Conditions and an official agreement is in place between the guest and Maison Egalite. If the (deposit) payment is not received within one week after booking, we reserve the right to release the room for rental again. Payment is only possible by bank transfer or cash. Any extra bank charges or money transfer costs (i.e. payments outside the EU) are for the guest.

Changes can only be accepted in consultation with and after written permission from Maison Egalité.
Until 14 days before arrival date, you can cancel your reservation without any cost and the deposit will be returned to you (minus any possible bank costs).
If you cancel between 8 and 14 days before arrival date, you will pay 50% of the total booking cost. The remaining amount, minus any possible bank costs, will be returned to you
If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, this does not entitle you to a refund of the full booking value..
The full payment will be converted into cancellation- and booking fees.
Upon request, we will arrange the necessary documents for you for your cancellation insurance.
